TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Power Holidays properties have the following terms and conditions. When you are booking through our website, you agree on them. Therefore, you are strongly advised to read them in full.

Check-In

From 14:00 hours. In case of an early arrival, please liaise with the property’s Manager prior to your arrival.

Check-Out

Until 11:00 hours. In case of a late departure, please liaise with the property’s Manager prior to your arrival. If the property is available, an additional night stay will be charged for very late check outs.

Cancellation policy

Our guests will be charged 70% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
For ‘no-shows’, Early booking discounts & “Last Minute Special” offers, please note that 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Kindly note that if you have booked a property under early booking discounts & “Last Minute Special” rate, special terms and conditions apply. Your booking cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded and full pre-payment will be taken from your credit card prior to arrival. In the event of a non-arrival, your credit card will be charged for this stay.

Deposit Policy

Our guests will be charged a prepayment of 70% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.

Internet

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

Free private parking is available on site for Villa Aeolos, Villa Iris and Chloe Apartment (reservation is not needed). Regarding San Giacomo Apartment, there is chargeable parking area near the accommodation.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in any property.

Children and extra beds, baby cots and highchairs

All children and infants are welcome!
Maximum capacity of extra beds, baby cots and highchairs is one in each property.
Extra beds, baby cots and highchairs will be available upon request, minimum two days before arrival. Therefore, communication with the properties’ Manager is mandatory prior to your arrival.

Communication for equipment malfunction and maintenance

You can contact the property’s Manager from 09:00 in the morning until 21:00 in the evening regarding any malfunction in the property. We will try to repair and offer you help as soon as possible. Late evening calls will be answered the following day unless it is a life threatening emergency (such as the smell of gas, water main breaks) in which case the owners will be informed immediately and an emergency response service will be sent.)
Maintenance and cleaning services are performed by the housekeeping service and the caretakers. Please speak with the caretaker if you require their services beyond usual cleaning. PLEASE REPORT ANY PROBLEMS OR DAMAGES IN YOUR UNIT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN TO THE CARETAKER. IF NOT REPORTED, WE MUST ASSUME THE DAMAGE OR LOSS OCCURRED DURING YOUR OCCUPANCY AND WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU. When maintenance needs arise during your stay (light bulb burns out in a non-reachable place, leaky faucet, toilet runs, oven burner not working, etc.), please tell the caretaker.

Smoking

We ask that smokers use the exterior balconies and DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE. We also ask that all cigarette or cigar butts or waste be put in the garbage and not thrown on the tiles or anywhere outside. Please help us to keep our properties clean!

Check out procedures

On departure guest(s) are required to leave the property in the same general condition it was when guest(s) arrived.
The following items must be complied with before check out:
(1) Dishes, Pots, Pans, Silverware, and Utensils are present in the kitchen.
(2) Stove, oven and kitchen appliances are clean.
(3) Refrigerator is clean.
(4) Charcoal or gas grill is clean.
(5) Windows and doors are closed and locked. All lights are turned off to conserve energy.
(6) All air conditioning units are turned off.
(7) All garbage and trash is bagged and left in outside trash cans.
(8) Pool lights and pool deck lights are turned off
(9) Property is left neat and in order.

Rental Policies

The following Rental Policies are established to ensure a quality vacation for all guests. Please do not request any exceptions to these policies:
Minimum age required to rent house is 21 years and the person who books the house rental must stay at the house for the entire rental period. Sub-leasing is NOT allowed.

No sub-leasing

It is against policy for you to sub-let your unit. Example: Should you reserve a unit for a 2 weeks, it is expected that you will be staying there, not you for several days, then your neighbor, relative, employees, etc. for several days.

Parties

While parties are allowed, we ask that you use your common sense and recognize that you, the renter, are solely responsible for keeping the property and all it’s contents in the condition you found it in upon check in. Any damage done by people that you invite to the property will be charged to your credit card.
Please make sure that you inspect the property photos as shown here and the description and amenities on the website as there is no refund upon arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

Please adhere to the maximum occupancy advertised for each property.

General policies

Greece has “quiet hours” in the afternoon between 2:30 and 5:30, which guests should respect. Also, please treat the place with respect, as you would your own.
Guests must notify the property’s Manager before checking out, of any damage, including towels and sheets.
Amenities are NOT guaranteed. There are NO REFUNDS for the malfunction of any equipment including but not limited to air conditioning, TV, pool, appliances, power outages.

Every effort has been made to ensure all equipment is in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment to the caretaker. Owner, agent, housekeeping and /or subcontractors may enter premises during reasonable hours to perform maintenance.

Please make sure that you inspect the property photos, description and amenities on the web site regarding the features, and condition of it, as there is no refund of any portion of your rental fee upon arrival.
Each unit in the properties comes fully furnished, including dishes, silverware, cookware and linens (towels, bath mats, sheets, dish towels). Do not rearrange the bedding or furniture.
The renter agrees that he will not claim any chargebacks or credits from his credit card company for any fees charged to his credit card, including but not limited to booking, deposit, rental or damage fees.
We trust that our guests are responsible. However, guests are financially responsible for all damages.

Should housekeeping find the property in an unacceptable condition, photos will be taken and we will charge your credit card or bill you for damage repairs, replacement of missing contents, expenses resulting from agreement violations, furniture moving, or unacceptable condition of the property on departure.
